Calling all Bernese Mountain Dogs and Their Families….

Please join the Bernese Mtn Dog Club of Alaska for an afternoon of fun and fellowship on Sunday, April 5th @ 3:00pm.

We will start outside in the ballfield for an Easter-cookie hunt for the dogs!  When our toes are chilly and dogs are tired, we can go inside for coffee and snacks, provided by the club.  We will have time for visiting, a quick meeting and an educational presentation on the latest in veterinary dentistry!!

* Nail trimmers and hair scissors will be on hand if any Berner is in need of a little spring spoof-up! :c)
* Don’t forget the shopping – visit our ways ‘n’ means table for some Berner goodies… pick up a raffle ticket or two for a great prize.

We are pleased to announce that the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Alaska has secured a regular meeting location and schedule  Since losing our home at the Anchorage Animal Control facility, we have been searching for a new location to accommodate a central location that will also allow our Berners to gather and play safely!  We have a large indoor facility as well as a fenced in ball field!  Meetings will now be as follows…

When:  The 1st Sunday in each month at 3:00pm

Where:  The Obedience Training Club of Chugiak (OTCC)

· Directions from Anchorage:  Ak-1 N, Glenn Hwy. 14.8 miles. Take South Birchwood Exit and turn
right on So. Birchwood Loop. At top of the hill turn Left onto Old Glenn Hwy. After a mile or so look for the CBA building on your left)  *Across from Forget-me-not store*

· Directions from Wasilla/Palmer:  Ak-1 S, Glenn Hwy. Take North Birchwood Exit and turn
Left. Turn Right onto Old Glenn Hwy. After ~ 0.9 mile look for the CBA building on your right)
