2012 CERF Clinic Pre-Registration Form – pdf

Appointments are on a first come/first booked basis so get your forms in early!
The cost of the Cerf exams are:
$40.00 per dog **6 or more dogs per one owner are $35.00 each after the 1st full priced dog
You will need your dogs’ registered name, registration number, and date of birth to complete the CERF application form, which you will be given to mail in after your exam.(Applications are not available in advance). When you arrive, your dog will received drops to dilate their eyes and then there is an approximate 20 minute wait, you will receive the application(s) at that time to complete while you wait.

When: Sunday, August 7th, 2:00-5:00pm

Where: Mirror Lake Park (off Glenn Hwy in Chugiak)

Bring your whole family for an afternoon of socializing with new and old friends, playing with our great dogs and enjoying a bbq.

The club will provide hamburgers & hotdogs with all the trimmings -

If your last name starts with the letter A – L, please bring a simple side dish or bag of chips

If your last name starts with the letter M – Z, please bring a simple dessert

There is a lake, so bring your towels if your Berner is a swimmer and a lawn chair for yourself.

Please note - we had a wonderful time here last year with a huge turnout of Berners… please remember that this is a public park and we need to respect other picnicing families. We ask that Berners be kept on a leash or under tight supervision while playing so we do not interupt another family.

This year the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Alaska with the Working Group Dog Club of Alaska will be holding a 3 day CERF clinic this year as follows:
Friday, February 11, 2011 we will have a clinic in Palmer @ Diana’s Place Dog Grooming 1850 N Laurel Street, from 1:00pm until we have all the appointments taken care of (around 8:00pm) Saturday and Sunday, February 12 & 13, 2011 we will be have the CERF clinic in Anchorage at Pup Culture, 11901 Industry Way, Building A, Suite 1&2 Beginning at 9am each day.

In addition to the CERF Clinic, The BMDC of AK and the German Shepherd Dog Club of Alaska will be bringing up Chuck Murray of Cool Bred Canine for a Frozen Semen Collection Clinic in Anchorage on Saturday and Sunday, February 12 & 13, 2011 also at Pup Culture.
The costs of the clinics are:
CERF40.00 per dog OR if you are CERFing 6 or more dogs then the fees are $40 for the first and $35 for each subsequent dog payment due with reservation form.

Semen Collection$300.00 per dog includes collection and 1st year of storage.  We are taking reservations and a $50.00 non refundable deposit.  Balance will be collected the day of your appointment.

Everyone is welcome members and friends alike.

Mark your calander and plan to come to our largest annual event.

It wil be a potluck with some fun and time to visit. Bring you dogs for even more fun time.
